I feel profoundly blessed to be an Interfaith Minister. The grace of this great gift continues to flower for me. In my ministerial work, I embrace the higher truths of many different spiritual ideologies with my roots firmly planted in the ancient Essene belief system. My commitment as a minister is to be a warrior for Love and to infuse it's great beauty and power into all that I offer, both as an educator and in ceremony.

Sacred Ceremony

I am available for weddings, baptisms, funeral services and to be of comfort and spiritual assistance as one nears transition. My emphasis in facilitating ceremony is on holding the space for the dynamic presence of Love, Truth, Devotion and Transcendence. I envision it as a sacred celebration or holy ritual through which we may all be uplifted, ennobled and blessed.

May the warmth of the sun and the brilliance of the stars, as they shine brightly the glories of Mother/Father God, feed you deeply with your soul's own Peace, your path's true Beauty.

This prayer is one of my favorites. It is from the "Essene Gospel Of Peace, Book Two." Again, if the term "God" does not resonate comfortably with your spiritual beliefs, in your own mind, use the term that does.

The following is guidance that came through for me for a course I developed in 1995. I wanted to share it at this time in case there may be anything of use for you in your own growth.

Understanding The Natures Of The Heart, The Soul And the Spirit

It is often hard to understand the differences and relationships between the Heart, the Soul and the Spirit. They are so deeply intertwined, complex and ethereal in essence. Many truths about them are simply far beyond mental comprehension and expression. Bearing this in mind, I will convey as purely as I am able, the guidance I receive about this issue at this point in my own growth.

My understanding about this is that Spirit is the essence of all life. It is an extension of Mother/Father God's Holy Spirit, and It's primary characteristic is Love. It is this that makes us all one.

All of life is created by and infused with Spirit. Thus, it is all an expression, an extension of Mother/Father God's Holy Spirit and vast Unconditional Love. We are all part of God. We are all one with God.

Mother/Father God continuously and devotedly expresses this Love to us -- constantly, passionately and limitlessly -- for our own growth and well being. ?It is what is at the core of all creation. It is what breathes life into our very beings.

Within this grand celebration of Divine Love that is life, each physical entity has a soul essence, or Soul, that is also part of and one with Spirit. Each soul essence has specific gifts, qualities and characteristics that are necessary for and part of its individual spiritual purpose and evolution.

Our soul essences are our links to Spirit. They are our individual identities within the great Unconditional Love, Oneness, Power and Beauty that is Spirit. Our soul essences extend far beyond this physical life. They are Divine, and thus, eternal. Our souls' progressive developments as spiritual entities, throughout lifetimes, are integral to God's Great Plan. We each have our own spiritual purposes to fulfill. It is through our individual soul essence identities that we manifest our paths and draw to us the lessons, opportunities and people necessary for us to fulfill our unique purposes. Through this unfolding growth process, we learn to experience and express God's Love purely and completely, which is the heart of all spiritual purposes.

It is through our souls that we experience our union with Mother/Father God; that we experience Spirit. It is through our soul essence identities that we evolve as spiritual beings in response to Spirit's loving presence and communications. As we unfold, we are furthering God's Great Plan.

Each of us is alive within physical bodies right now. We all have qualities and gifts that are specific to our individual spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical make up. They are, of course, all part of manifesting our spiritual purposes and of expressing Spirit. They are all part of our soul essence identities.

It is through our Hearts that we can experience the true gift and power of these qualities within us and learn to utilize them more fully to increase our levels of self-expression and personal fulfillment. It is also through the Heart that our souls communicate with us.

They communicate primarily, but not exclusively, with feelings. Our capacities to feel, as well as to interpret and receive feelings and information, allow our Souls to integrate with us and express themselves through us. Our Souls guide us, inform us, strengthen us, empower us as vehicles for Spirit through our Hearts.

The Heart is a much "larger" entity than we have traditionally characterized it. It is experienced within our entire being. It is not exclusively "housed" in the physical spot we have assigned to it. It is not "housed" exclusively within the body itself.

The Heart is the bridge between physical and spiritual life. It is the voice of the soul. Thus, you can see the singular, immense power of the Heart as an instrument for personal and spiritual fulfillment. If we have well developed relationships with our Hearts, our Souls, and thus Spirit, can express in our lives ?with greater clarity, power and success. We would also have clearer understanding of our physical gifts and strengths. Our lives can then reflect our true selves with less obstruction. The extraordinary, multifaceted gems that are our unique soul essence identities are then steadily unearthed.

We are all precious, important parts of God's Great Plan, much more so than we could ever imagine. ?There is nothing small about any of us nor anything that we do. Being as wholly and purely an expression of our souls as we can be is essential to fulfilling our individual purposes within that Plan, as well as creating more joyful, authentic lives for ourselves.

Opening up to our hearts and to their powerful, wondrous force within our lives is the key both to our personal evolution and to fulfilling our individual purposes within Mother/Father God's Great Plan.
